Technology is a Fundamental Element to Distance Education (DE)

I have experienced instructors and students are in different places for all or most of the time where the instructors teach and the students learn from, University of Maryland University College (UMUC) organized established institution. However as an E-learning educator, I have acquired additional teaching, learning, and administrative knowledge and skills to meet the required content level for the 21st Century Technology, DE in E-learning environment.
